Advocate Nadia Shaik is a litigation specialist, a skill which has been honed over more than 20 years. 

She earned her LL.B from the University of Witwatersrand in 2004 and commenced her journey in litigation at Melamed and Hurwitz, Killarney in 2005. Post admission, as an attorney, and during the period of 2007 – 2009, she continued to explore her passion for litigation at Moss and Associates focusing on plaintiff RAF cases. 

From 2010 to 2021, she served as a Senior Litigation Attorney at ST Attorneys in Johannesburg where her passion for law was greatly expounded.  Advocate Shaik handled the vast range of litigation matters ranging from civil to criminal matters, family law to maritime law. 

In 2023, she completed her pupillage with the Mpumalanga Society of Advocates, gaining extensive advocacy training. She was called by the Bar in 2024, officially commencing her practice as an advocate.
