 Advocate Jiyane completed his LLB studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in the year 2017. He was admitted as an Advocate in May 2022.

Prior to his admission He worked for different firms including Legal Aid SA. He served his pupilage with the Mpumalanga Society of Advocate in the year 2024 and was admitted as a member later in the same year.

 He conducts a general practice and has keen interests in:

• Administrative and Constitutional Law
• Labour  Law
• Environmental Law
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
