Sunday Lubisi holds an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as an advocate in 2015 and took membership at the Mpumalanga Society of Advocates in December 2016. His practice is of a general nature and he has a particular interest in Labour, Commercial and Constitutional matters. He has appeared in the High Courts, Labour Court and the CCMA.
